Domestic Shipping – Love Ruri

We currently ship across India and strive to deliver your sparkle with speed and care!

Shipping Details:

1- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1500 within India. Shipping charges will be intimated at the check out page.

2- COD is not available on orders above ₹3000 & 20% has to be paid as an advance during order.

3- Orders are usually processed within 24 -48 hours

4- Delivery timelines: 4–15 working days

5- You will receive a notification once your order is out for delivery in your local area.

Shipping Disclaimer:

- If your parcel is lost, delayed, or undelivered due to:

 --> Incorrect or incomplete address

--> Wrong phone number

 --> OTP verification issues

 --> Customer not available at the time of delivery

 --> Love Ruri is not liable for any refund or compensation.

 --> If a shipment is returned to us under these circumstances, a re-shipping charge of ₹240 will be applicable to resend your order.

Returns, Replacements & Disclaimers – Love Ruri

For Domestic Orders (India)

We do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds on domestic & international orders.

However, we do offer a replacement in case the product is damaged during transit.

- Replacement will only be provided for the same product as ordered.

- If the replacement product is out of stock, a store credit will be issued after we receive the returned item.

- Refunds/store credits cannot be transferred to any other payment method.

Pickup & Shipping:
We will arrange pickup of the damaged item from the original delivery address.

- If pickup is not serviceable in your area, the customer must self-ship the product to us. Shipping charges will be reimbursed.

Package Opening Video Required:
For any orders placed during Sale, please ensure you record a full unboxing video (from start to end) without cuts. This is mandatory to claim a replacement for damaged items.

Reporting Timelines:

- Any damage-related issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

- For any missing items, an unboxing video is required to verify and raise claims with our delivery partners.

No claims will be entertained after 48 hours of delivery.

For International Orders

We do not offer any cancellations, returns, replacements, or refunds on international orders at this time.

Disclaimer – Delivery Issues

Love Ruri is not liable for any refund or replacement in the following scenarios:

- Parcel is lost or undelivered due to:

 --> Wrong/incomplete address

 --> Incorrect mobile number

 --> Incorrect OTP verification

 --> Customer unavailability at time of delivery

Domestic Shipment Return:
If a domestic parcel is returned to us due to any of the above reasons, a re-shipping charge of ₹240 will be applicable.

Additional Disclaimer – Product Details

- All images are taken under professional lighting; minor color variation may occur.

- Each design is handcrafted, so slight design differences or imperfections are natural.

- Meenakari earrings are hand-painted, and paint inconsistencies may be present.

- We do not accept returns/replacements/refunds for the following cases:

 --> Size or weight issues

 --> Minor color/design variations

 --> Minor mirror/ghungroo issues

 --> Minor paint inconsistencies

 --> Surprise/secret gift orders
